One stop to a greener future
At Haugaard, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and helping our customers do the same. As part of our one-stop strategy, we have taken steps towards consolidating our Latvian operations under one roof at our 11.000 m2 new production factory in Jelgava. The factory will feature state-of-the-art technology and equipment that enables us to minimize waste, optimize energy use, and reduce emissions.

You can control, what you can measure
To ensure that we meet our sustainability goals, we have also partnered with MÅLBAR, to calculate climate emissions from our products, from the raw materials used in production to the transportation of the finished goods. By using MÅLBAR to calculate our carbon footprint, we are able to take concrete steps towards reducing our impact, identifying and addressing inefficiencies as we go.
